Midway Sub was first established in 1990. Throughout our 32 years of operation, our commitment remains to quickly serving the freshest prepared food using the highest quality ingredients.

We love serving the community. We’ve seen generations grow, and we love catering for celebrations and community events, like Chicago school functions, block parties, and Chicago police department celebrations.
